P R O B L E M
The University of Oklahoma developed a marketplace to highlight local foods and healthy living. They needed creative expertise to bring their vision to life.
S O L U T I O N
We worked closely with the OU team and architects to hone in on key personality aspects the marketplace should possess. We landed with a theme of “modern farmhouse” with primary use of bright white and clean typography. This market is unlike anything on campus so we wanted to keep a premium feel while balancing the design with a conversational and educational tone.
D E S I G N P R I N C I P L E
Less is more. Especially when you have over 45 pieces of signage in a 4500 sq foot space. We created a feature info-graphic at the far end of the wall where students would naturally dine and be able to take in the bigger story.

The entire team was beaming with pride as it opened the fall of 2018.
